Discord Bot

Privacy Policy

This policy covers the Discord bot operated by Rush Hour Roleplay (“we”, “us”) for use exclusively within the Rush Hour Roleplay Discord servers.

Never sold

Your data is not sold, shared, or transferred to any third party.

No AI training

Nothing we collect is used to train machine learning or AI models.

Privately hosted

Kept in our own database, reachable only through an authenticated dashboard.

Tickets only

Message content outside the ticket system is never stored.

What we collect

The bot only records what it needs to run our community systems. Everything below is collected when you choose to use one of those systems.

Discord identifiers

User IDs, usernames, nicknames, and role IDs, collected when you interact with bot systems (tickets, applications, moderation).

Ticket messages

The full content of messages sent inside support ticket channels, including attachment URLs, stored to generate transcripts.

Application responses

Answers submitted through whitelist application forms.

Moderation records

Warnings, bans, kicks, and timeouts issued through the bot, including reasons.

Streamer data

Platform usernames voluntarily linked by community streamers.

We do not store message content from channels outside the ticket system. Automod scans public messages in real time but does not retain them.

How we use it

Collected data exists to keep the community running — nothing more.

Data is used solely to operate community systems: support tickets, whitelist applications, moderation, and staff activity oversight.

  • Support tickets — routing your ticket to staff and keeping a transcript of the conversation.
  • Whitelist applications — reviewing and deciding on your application.
  • Moderation — tracking sanctions so decisions stay consistent and appealable.
  • Staff oversight — reviewing staff activity and conduct.

Ticket transcripts serve as records for ban appeals and staff conduct reviews.

Storage & sharing

Where your data lives, and who can reach it.

Data is stored in a privately hosted database. It is not sold, shared, or transferred to any third party.

  • Access is limited to server administrators via an authenticated dashboard.
  • We do not use any collected data to train machine learning or AI models.
  • No advertising networks, analytics brokers, or data resellers receive your information.

Retention & deletion

How long we keep records, and how to ask us to remove yours.

Records are retained while they remain relevant to community operations.

  • You may request deletion of your data by opening a support ticket or contacting server administration.
  • Moderation records may be retained where required for community safety, even after a deletion request.
A deletion request does not lift an active ban or sanction — appeals are handled separately through the ticket system.

Contact

Questions, corrections, or deletion requests.

For questions or deletion requests, contact server administration via the Rush Hour Roleplay Discord.

Terms of ServiceThe rules that govern your use of the bot, including appeals and enforcement.

Need something removed?
